I would like to request the following rule, for reasons I mention here.

"1.13. A player cannot be made to RP with a person that they do not wish to, unless that person has a convincing interest in doing so."

Even though I aided in the creation of this rule (which makes this post seem rather superfluous, really), I'm going to vote to APPROVE.
