| Seeing as how the Dorvalla Mining Company was formerly a part of the Trade Federation and likely existed after its demise, I would like to use Moff Cole's wealth to purchase the controlling stock in said company. The lommite ore would be sold at a 15% reduced cost to Imperial sources.

| Looks good to me. I vote to APPROVE. I actually have a soft spot for this company, because they're portrayed very sympathetically in Cloak of Deception (an underrated book). If it's helpful to you, they're portrayed as people who won't have terms dictated to them, so a management style that allows them some amount of autonomy is probably wise for Cole. Going for a controlling share, for example, rather than complete ownership is a good approach.
