| Qual would be purchasing them from used ship dealers or from previous owners around the galaxy. They would be purchased in the outer rim, which would make it easier to keep actual identities out of it, considering that outer rim dealers would be a bit more seedy in their business practices or wouldnt care much about who was buying their ships as long as they were being bought.
For funds, I'll link these three threads, each of which have either both parties agreeing on payment, or an understanding at the end that one party is paying Qual for items and he is supplying them to the second party.

But yes, I too have wondered where Qual is getting all these weapons from. I hadn't intended to raise this question yet, but since Karth and Orion have done so I might as well. Please do explain, when you can, Qual's seemingly limitless access to rare and expensive weapons. I'm willing to be pretty lenient if there's a back story in his profile for how he's come by them, but if so I think I'd like to see a posted inventory of what exactly he has, and how many. I wouldn't ordinarily insist on this, but again, very rare, very expensive, and very advanced weapons are at issue here.

Bio:
Much of any kind of history of Qual is unknown. His exact species has never been located, making many believe he is the only one of his species, or a genetic mutation of another aquatic species. Much of his life has been spent in the shadows, using his charisma and intelligence to move other criminal organizations into proper places before setting them against one another. Always coming out on top in the end with less rivals and more credits.
Most of the funding that goes towards the acquisition of weapons have been from previous engagements where he worked with other criminal organizations. Of course these ones would have been small groups, gangs on planets fighting against each other, small system pirates that he pits against another system. The continued dealings with these small groups on their own wouldnt have much credits, but by joining the credits of each group he took down one after another in his early life would come out to a larger sum of credits. Half of which would stay in various store houses hidden across the galaxy. The rest would be used to purchase the gifts and weapons from thieves, pirates, and other small time smugglers that would come across the weapons in their own time. As well as having stockpiled what weapons where left over from the small pirate groups and gangs he's taken out in his earlier life.
Okay, after a night and day of working on the list. This is what I have come up with. Some numbers have been added to the more rare and expensive items, while other items were picked because of their more than likely "surplus" status at the end of the clone wars. This list was cut down from 135 Items, to the 50+ items it is currently.

And note, where I use the ∞ sign I don't literally mean an infinite supply. I just think these items are common enough you can probably throw them around for a long while before there's any need to revisit the list. Finally, do make sure the RPers you're selling to are aware of this. If they don't request what you're selling to them, we have to consider the transaction as having not taken place, so neither the customer has them nor has Qual sold them. Thus I've added "pending approval" on the sales you've mentioned in this list.
I'm willing to be flexible on these numbers, but do note that although I've omitted some of the items you requested, there are still 829 specifically listed provisions here and many, many more with the ∞ sign. All told, I think it's pretty generous considering it's all coming from a profile, rather than having been acquired in the actual RP.

| Okay, first, I'll take this set up as mentioned above.

Second, for the numbers on the list, I was hesitant at putting numbers on most things, beyond the more rarer items. I think what was given is indeed generous and fair. So I wont be fighting the numbers at all.
Third. The detail for the acquiring the Nuke and the Hex missiles I can come up with. I was thinking that it would have been during the Clone Wars. Qual would be working for what ever side would be the most profitable for him at the time. I could see him running weapons for the GAR in the early days of the Clone Wars when they were having a rougher time acquiring weapons and such compared to the large corporate driven CIS army. In turn this would give Qual a good sum of credits, and could give him the chance to look at the "captured" weapons of the CIS that the GAR got their hands on. A bribe here or there, and an altered ledger later, and Qual would be the proud owner of a Nuke and a few Hex Missiles.
