| I'd like to request a Subsidiary company for Darres' Eos Productions Corporation
Eos Ship Foundry
The Eos Ship Foundry is a subsidiary company under the parent company of Eos Productions Corporation. The Foundry would be responsible for building ships, mainly for the protection of the Eos Productions Corporation sites and cargo ships, and some to be sold to other parties. Most of the ships built would be ranging from starfighters to heavy cruisers, the ship yard however, since being knew and not too large, wouldn't be able to produce larger ships like Destroyers and such.
This would be the Eos Ship Foundries Shipyard until a larger one, or multiple ones would be built to build larger ships in a modular fashion.

| Before I make a decision, explain where the finances will be coming from to fund this station, it modification, staffing, and general set up of yet another company?

| Okay, this is what I have.
1. General Set up of another company
The Eos Ship Foundry would have, at one point, been its own department with in the Eos Productions Corporation, under the name of Eos Production Department of Ship Conceptions, which while as a department of the Eos Productions Corporation, would have been set to design various ships to be built in the future and used to protect Eos Productions facilities and ventures. It would be set up as its own company under Eos Productions Corporation, as a way to ensure that the designs done by them would still be under the strict control of Eos Productions Corporation, and also make it so that the Eos Productions wouldnt have to send off the designs to another ship building company to have them build the ship. This way, as mentioned above, the Corporation would have full control over the designs, as well as selling of the ships created by the new Eos Ship Foundry.
2. Staffing
Most of the staffing of the new company would come from the original department it was while under the Eos Productions Corporation, I say most as it would include the designers, engineers for specific parts, scientist, etc etc that would have been part of the department at the start. The rest of the staff would be filled in by hiring from with in the various other companies owned by Darres. So employees from the other companies would have the chance to be hired by the Eos Ship Foundry if they wished to move to a new job, say from working in the Eos Productions Corporation, or say something from Xerrol Corporation wanting a change of venue, would be given the chance to do so with the hiring with in policy, once that policy is full filled by running through it first, any left open places would be filled in by the normal application for position, with the various jobs being advertised on the holonet, as well as on the planets with in the Cadavine Sector.
3. Finances
The finances to start up the Eos Ship Foundry would have been set aside little by little to ensure there would be enough funds to set up the company. This budget would have been set aside when the department was first opened with in the Eos Productions Corporation, it would then be ensured that should the choice be made to create a new company from one of the departments with in the Corporation, funds would already be at hand to do so. This would also include the needed funds to purchase and modify the above mentioned Kaliida Shoals Medical Center styled space station into a working Ship yard, which, once the Eos Ship Foundry gained more of a monetary stand, would either be expanded, or be joined by other space stations that would allow for the Eos Ship Foundry to build larger ships in a modular fashion.

| I'm satisfied, and I vote to APPROVE. Again, though, I consider this a near depletion of the funds that Verilia would have started to build up again in recent weeks. The only other condition I have is that this operation should logically be a rather slow one, since it's an amateur setup (a medical station converted into a shipyard).
