The weapons would be emplaced in the asteroids of the Nevar belt, in basic unshielded positions fixed to the rocks, manned by small numbers of battle and maintnence droids. These batteries would be lightly shielded and have no atmosphere, merely being dug out of the rock and placed on bearings the guns would likely be quickly overpowered due to their ramshackle construction and poor shielding if concentrated fire would turn their way. A sustained bombardment (even a weak one) would cause the safeties to blow on the generators and for them to shut down temporarily. This would leave the guns undefended and easily captured and destroyed.
The smaller guns would be placed in Park Hall and used to shoot at small fighters if they caused trouble, also to fire down long corridors in the event of intruders.
The missiles and bombs would be placed in locations (with remote detonators) and would be blown if raiders came close to cause chaos in their ranks.
