| Let me state up front the assumptions that I tend to bring to the table when I'm considering Separatist requests, personally; A.) I prefer Separatist factions to be more or less on par with another, at least in terms of a maximum "ceiling" of ships that I approve (although appropriate latitude is given to those Separatist characters who have been around longer and RP more, etc.), B.) I prefer the number of ships (and ground forces also) to be rather low for Separatists for the purpose of encouraging characters to team up with one another in order to bring an adequate number of ships to bear, C.) Separatist ships tend to be far too powerful and as a consequence I'm quite prejudicial to them, D.) I pretty much always deny Providence-class destroyers, E.) it's more or less impossible for Separatists in this time period to mount a successful ground campaign without the requisite fleet power to commit to a long term support role, and thus I tend to be prejudicial to large numbers of ground forces that are intended for conventional war, and finally (and perhaps most importantly), F.) the Separatists in this time period suffer from a disparity of popular support; that is, few people in 10 BBY can be persuaded to support the Separatists, so thoroughly has their cause been discredited among the general public and so thoroughly, also, were they defeated in the Clone Wars. The reason I mention this is because I tend to assume a lack of motivation among many of the remaining Separatists, who logically must contend with persistent desertions and betrayals from among their ranks not only because there's little realistic chance of victory, but also because food, supplies, salary, etc. must logically be scarce for most Separatists.
For these various reasons I vote to DENY almost all of the organic infantry. A small number, perhaps—maybe two squads of them (that is, 24) to serve as elite commanders and infiltrators of sorts? I just don't see a compelling case for why so many of them would hang around doing potentially nothing for almost 10 years (also, the fact that we see so few of the very people you mention—the Geonosians, Gossams, Neimoidians, etc.—in the decades following the Clone Wars would seem to reinforce this point. Just look at how isolationist Geonosis became, for example). I also vote to DENY the following ground forces:
6,601 OOM-series Battle Droids ("Droid Commanders," "Pilots," etc.) 1,650 B2 Super Battle Droids 50 B3 "Ultra" Battle Droids 20 BX-series Droid Commandos 12 IG-100 MagnaGuards 45 Destroyer Droids ("Droideka") 42 LM-432 Crab Droids 4 A-DSD Advanced Dwarf Spider Droids 25 DSD1 Dwarf Spider Droids 30 Octuparra Combat Tri-Droids
248 STAP's 44 MTT's 49 Hailfire-class Droid Tanks 52 Persuader-class Droid Tanks 13 Heavy Missile Platforms (HMP)
Bear in mind I'm denying the OOM droids largely on the basis that these are intended as specialty droids, like commanders, pilots, engineers, snipers, and so on. Not as regular combat droids. They're the "officers," if you will. I'm willing to approve of a large number of B1's for your intended purpose, however. I include these numbers in the final approval vote below. But first, I also vote to DENY the following ships:
1 Providence-class Destroyer, in modified form or otherwise 2 Munificent-class Star Frigates
If the Providence is denied, you will of course want to specify the number of fighters you have. I wouldn't be averse to approving perhaps a galleon or bulk freighter that's modified as a carrier, either. As long as it's not too heavy on armament. In the meantime, for the sake of clarity, the following is what I vote conclusively to APPROVE:
Control of Queyta (please specify your base of operations, however. The old Separatist base there was destroyed.)
35 OOM-series Battle Droids 400 B1 Battle Droids 150 B2 Super Battle Droids 15 Destroyer Droids ("Droideka") 12 LM-432 Crab Droids 15 DSD1 Dwarf Spider Droids 10 Octuparra Combat Tri-Droids
4 C-9979 Landing Craft 40 STAPs 7 Functioning Hailfire-class Droid Tanks 5 Functioning Persuader-class Droid Tanks 3 Functioning Heavy Missile Platforms (HMP)
2 Munificent-class Star Frigates 4 Hardcell-class Transports
4 Modified Sheathipede-class Transport Shuttle (Used to board enemy ships) - 1 Dual Heavy Laser Cannon Turret - 1 Heavy Laser Cannons - 1 Concussion Missile Launcher
1 Modified Punworcca 116-Class Interstellar Sloop (To serve as Valin R'all's personal ship.) - 2 Dual Laser Cannon Turrets (Port and Starboard) - 1 Concussion Missile Launcher (Aft)
(Housekeeping note: If any of my denial numbers contradict the approval numbers because of an error on my part, assume the approval numbers to be the conclusive figure. I think I caught any potential errors, but you never know).

| Okay, I'll agree with the above numbers that have been approved.
35 OOM-series Battle Droids 400 B1 Battle Droids 150 B2 Super Battle Droids 15 Destroyer Droids ("Droideka") 12 LM-432 Crab Droids 15 DSD1 Dwarf Spider Droids 10 Octuparra Combat Tri-Droids
4 C-9979 Landing Craft 40 STAPs 7 Functioning Hailfire-class Droid Tanks 5 Functioning Persuader-class Droid Tanks 3 Functioning Heavy Missile Platforms (HMP)
2 Munificent-class Star Frigates 4 Hardcell-class Transports
4 Modified Sheathipede-class Transport Shuttle (Used to board enemy ships) - 1 Dual Heavy Laser Cannon Turret - 1 Heavy Laser Cannons - 1 Concussion Missile Launcher
1 Modified Punworcca 116-Class Interstellar Sloop (To serve as Valin R'all's personal ship.) - 2 Dual Laser Cannon Turrets (Port and Starboard) - 1 Concussion Missile Launcher (Aft)
In place of the denied Providence and Munificent Cruisers, I'd like to request the following.
x1 Modified Trade Federation Bacta Ship - Modified to carry x4 Starfighter Squadrons (Total of 48) - x36 Vulture Droids - x12 Hyena Class Bombers - Added x3 Dual Light Turbolaser Cannon Turrets - x1 Aft - x2 Port and Starboard - Added x4 Point Defense Laser Cannons
x3 Diamond Class Cruisers
(chosen due to their weaker weapon load out. Each Cruiser is sighted as having 2 Laser Cannon batteries. Wookieepedia has said that a "battery" ranges from 2 to 12 guns. For the Diamond Cruisers, that means that at their weakest they carry only 4 laser cannons, at their strongest they carry 24 laser cannons. I was going to shoot for the middle of the road, and say that each cruiser carries a total of x12 Laser Cannons, meaning each battery is only 6 guns strong. These ships would serve more as Anti-Starfighter Cruisers, as they wouldn't stand a chance against heavier ships.)
I'd like to request the following list, from the above mentioned of allowing 24 "organic" infantry.
x24 "Organic" Infantry - x1 Geonosian Elite - x1 Trandoshan Elite - x6 Gossam Commandos - x5 Koorivar Fusiliers - x6 Jabiimi Nationalist - x5 Neimoidian Gunnery Battalion
Control of Queyta (please specify your base of operations, however. The old Separatist base there was destroyed.)
The new base of operations would be cobbled together, from the few pieces that could be salvaged (If any of the pieces didnt fully sink, or ended up on the shore line of a lava flow.) The pieces would be brought together to form a new base on a nearby cliff side, overlooking the original location of the base. For the base, I'd like to request the following.
x1 Defensive/Particle Shield Generator x1 Military Grade, Sensor/Scanner/Communications/Jammer Array (To keep the base hidden from scans)
Lord Rall of Queyta Lord of Winter and Hero of Rhen Var Knight-General of Drongar Destroyer of Worlds

| I APPROVE of the carrier, with the caveat that the Vulture droids are not equipped with "Buzz droids." I hate "Buzz droids" (but no, Orion, I don't deny them because I hate them but rather because they're simply untenable in the RP. You learned this as well as anyone in the NIO's massive skirmish over Vjun). I'm not sure I'm good with the Diamond-class, however, considering the 4 Hardcell-class you have already. Do bear in mind that in lieu of the larger droid forces, you really do have quite a lot of space on those Hardcells. With the addition of the Diamond-class you'd be dealing with far more carrying capacity than you need, really. That said, as a temporary solution, perhaps 2 Diamond-class that we say are inoperable on Queyta for the time being (their critical components cannibalized for use in other ships over the years, perhaps) so that you have the opportunity to repair them over the course of the RP? Basically this would let you try out a fleet without the Diamond-class and still give you the option of having a couple later if you'd still like. What do you think?
Finally, as I mentioned on another thread, I'd like to see this communications and sensors jamming suite also jam the base's own communications and sensors when it's activated. This seems to me a reasonable drawback, no? It wouldn't be on all the time, after all.

| Can I get away with x2 inoperable Diamond Class Cruisers, and x1 Operational Diamond Class Cruisers. If not, then I'll go with x2 Inoperable Diamond class Cruisers.
I also agree with the draw back, that it would also block the communications and sensors of the base.
Quick thought.
With the x2 inoperable Diamond Class Cruisers. I'd like the weapons still operational, as well as having them be part of the Queyta base.

| Considering Jace's points in regards to the ships you have already, I'm going to lean towards approving the 2 inoperable Diamond-class cruisers (with active weaponry), but if you wish to have two grounded ships with functional weaponry then I'm going to say no to the third Diamond-class.
So, I APPROVE of everything minus the one operable Diamond-class cruiser.
