| Well... I'm going to throw out there my own view in regards to starship complements, in that they include the complement as is. Meaning, every ship comes with the complement as well, but unless otherwise stated, it's going to be the same canon complement, or as close to it as possible; with management intervening in that regard when necessary (which is has yet had any need to). Some exception have existed, such as the Lucrehulk or the Venator. Now, I'm going to go ahead and treat this as YOUR complements, etc. And, without further todo...
