What would need to be detailed in a request to incorporate the Koros Spaceworks?

It'd be just a request to establish a shipyard somewhere in the Empress Teta sector, but I don't know what would need to be specified so help please! Thanks!

It would probably need re-establishing, as far as I'm aware, so some starting assets (security forces, facilities, general personnel; things of that nature). You don't have to get incredibly detailed with it, though.

Ok, so to re-establish Koros Spaceworks I've thought about it and I'd like to establish the following;
I apologize in advance for it being kind've long, and that I've had so many requests lately. I'm just trying to get stuff set up for me to build on Ava's plots in the game! =)

Planetary Placement

The eighth world in the Empress Teta system, historically used as a prison colony by Empress Teta - currently uninhabited, the shipyard would be built in its orbit, and a colony would be constructed on the surface for the employees of the shipyard to live at, the start of populating another world in the Empress Teta sector. (which at this time only includes Empress Teta and Phoros at this time) - Just a heads up, my plans for the role-play involve starting to involve more of the Empress Teta sector in Avadrie's plots.

Scale of Construction/Facilities
The most pertinent requirement for the new instance of Koros Spaceworks is the capability of repairing and maintaining the recently purchased vessels of the Empress Teta Sector Fleet. This includes the Victory I Star Destroyer, and so while I'd like for the shipyard to have the capability to repair vessels of that size(900m), it would be unreasonable for this shipyard to be able to construct vessels of that size. (there is no need). So I imagine any repairs or maintenance done on the Victory-I would be completed by tugs and other small ships rather than a dry-dock type situation.

However, as the rest of the fleet is composed of much smaller ships (the Consular Chargers @ 115 m) the shipyard would be capable of dry-docking them and performing more exhaustive repairs and refits on that class of vessel as well as all of the smaller vessels of the fleet.

Security Forces
Security is going to be provided by the Empress Teta Sector Fleet, (I'm going to be establishing the routine disposition of ETSF vessels at any given time when I get around to role-playing the delivery and refitting of the fleet), but to that end - I want the shipyard to have a built in hangar bay and facilities for the housing of a squadron's worth of starfighters to provide the capability to maintain a permanent complement of security. Its going to be an unarmed facility, and given that its located in the Deep Core with limited access to it, the ETSF fleet and the Imperial Deep Core security available, there really is no need for more armament than this.

General Personnel
I don't really have a reference point for how many personnel would be required to operate this facility, so I'm going to ask that management help out and suggest a reasonable number of engineers, construction works, administrative personnel etc as deemed necessary. That coupled with the employee's assumed families will make up the population of the colony on Ronika. This will also occur the rent a cop type security located within the facility and the colony.

R&D Personnel
This is the part of the request I'm most interested in. In between the below Novelty creations and some corporate espionage that I'm planning to start enacting within the RP, I'd like to request that engineers and scientists of excellent caliber are recruited to Koros Spaceworks, and they have a reasonable ability to reverse engineer starship designs if they are provided with an adequate amount of information (or an actual model from which to work). To give an example, say Koros Spaceworks personnel were provided with in depth scans and diagrams and schematics done from a reconnaissance perspective of a Tie Fighter, they'd be able to create a similar (if not exact) duplication of the model for the shipyard to create. I would also limit the extent of the shipyard's ability to create vessels to a vessel length of say 200m. (and any creations/reverse engineering products would be subject to a request justifying the amount of data obtained to be able to reverse engineer it).

On my last request, I saw the rules about ancient designs and the Brentaal News gave Sluis Van a really hard time about their ancient designs, so I'm not asking to be able to make these to use in fleets, but I think for story background and roleplaying purposes, it would be fun to be able to rp out rich Tetan nobles (and anyone else interested) being able to purchase 'historical' vessels for the sake of vanity, collections, museums. However, I don't want to limit other players - and if people wanted to buy this or try to obtain it for pirates, I'd be open to that. (and it would by definition have these ships available in rp in very limited quantities)

*Above I limited the creation capability of the shipyard to 200m, the Supremacy class is 550m. To rectify this, the model available for specialty purchase from the shipyard would be only 200m, a to scale 'model' of the ancient design, unarmed and marketed as a museum, carnival, or civilian cruiser type vessel.

*basic electrical package is not capable of supporting a true weapons armament, so anyone who purchased this vessel with the intent of arming it to be a small cruiser would spend more money than it cost to refit it to be capable of using weapons.

Naming Conventions - The Hull types of Koros Spaceworks creations are designated as KSW-0# (for starfighter classes) and KSW-C# for larger vessels.

Financial Matters
It's going to be a publicly traded company, with start up capital provided by the Tetan crown and several notable investors. (Senator volFyr among them).
