| I'd like to request a swap out of the Cronese Mandate's Munificent Star Frigate, for the following.
x3 Seraph Class Cruisers
x24 Herald Class Fighters ( All 24 are divided evenly into each Cruiser to give full fighter complement)
I'd also liked to request a swap out of the Cronese Mandate's Marauder Class Corvettes, for the following
x6 Prowler Class Corvettes
Okay, time for the explanation. With the Star Frigate being seen as a "Separatist" vessel, and the Mandate now having the ability to build a better vessel to fill in the role that the Frigate was being used for, it would make sense that the Mandate would retire the old "Separatist" vessel, and put it on display as a historical artifact in a museum, as a show that the Mandate's previous leader, which I've named Robeir XXII, had captured a Star Frigate.
I'm requesting three of the Seraph cruisers due to an equal exchange in length. The Star Frigate is 825m long, while each Seraph is only 225m long. When divided, I got 3.6666666667, so I rounded down to the Three, instead of requesting four. You'll also notice that when compared to the Star Frigate, the Seraph's are lighter armed than the Frigate, making for an even fairer trade off. The Herald class fighters are being requested to give each Seraph a full fighter compliment.
With the swap out for the Marauder Class Corvette. Each Marauder is 195m long, when divided by the Prowler length of 75m you get 2.6. With swapping out all three Marauders, it would equal to 6 Prowlers. These swap outs are to keep the Mandate vessels updated, and while the Marauder is the stronger vessel, the Prowler is equipped better for fast response and sector defense than the Marauders are.
So in summary, the Mandate would be retiring the Star Frigate and replacing it with new Seraph class Cruisers, and would be retiring the Marauder Class Corvettes and replacing them with Prowler Corvettes

| While it is not length and such that we use, unlike other sites, to determine fleet sizes or the value of a ship, rather all components at large, I find no reason to oppose this.

| I agree with length not being as important as weapons loadouts, fighter complements, and some other considerations (to a certain extent, anyway. Sometimes length is relevant but not so terribly here, I don't think). You make a good case, but I'm still reluctant—very reluctant, in fact—to have 2 ships traded in for 9 ships. At the very least, I don't see 3 Seraph-class being a fair trade off for 1 Munificent-class; the Seraphs are less heavily armed, yes, but not that much less heavily armed. I can be persuaded to go with 2 Seraph-class, I think. But I don't think I can get behind trading 1 ship for 6 ships, so even though it'll be a hit to your firepower I need to insist on fewer Prowler-class to replace the Marauder-class. Perhaps 4, rather than 6.

| My bad, I thought it was 1 Marauder for the 6 Prowlers. Thanks for correcting me, that in fact it's 3 Marauders for 6 Prowlers, which is plenty reasonable.
