Taking advantage of the current status of the Defense Committee, which would still be Veritas' composition, minus himself of course, I assume Deralia would easily be able to get an expansion approved, under the current provisions of its sanctions. Also, from an OOC perspective, Deralia is not only one of the smaller fleets at this point, but beginning to take a more active role within the RP, which I believe should allow for a larger fleet.

- DP20 Frigate (to replace the one lost to Dantooine)
- 3 CR90 Corvettes

I was also wanting to establish a secondary force, being a group of smugglers and pirates under the employ of the Deralian government, called the Corsairs, who are used in strictly emergency situations (in other words, when in a state of war). They would never see use in conjunction with the fleet, being a deniable force, and often act independently from each other, only working as larger units when absolutely necessary. Do some numbers need to be clarified for this?

Probably, but not until you use them I suppose (i.e. not until there's a war, as you say). Wouldn't it be more customary though to issue letters of marque to such people in the event of a war? Just a thought. I APPROVE of these numbers even though I'd prefer to see one fewer CR90, because I'm a nice guy.

I, of course, abstain from this process, being myself and such. Regardless, this has been sitting up here, for a week... all by itself among its relevantly requested requests, with only Jace's comments... being all ignored... I see how you guys feel about me. cry

Seriously though, get with the moving, or Jace needs to get with the closing!

Oh, oops. Yes, it's APPROVED.

And Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.
