| I would like to request the formation and existence of a weapons design company called Vigilance Technologies, based on Thovinack in the Thovinack System. Vigilance Technologies would have a further testing facility inside Omega 379, an asteroid in the MZX32905 system. This company would have been founded quite some years prior by Stark and at present, he would be the majority control and shareholder.

| Sorry Karth, slight modification to the request since I pulled some research. I would like the facility to be of the type as is shown there for the one in the asteroid, and for it to be guarded by a quartet of 'roid laser batteries and a quartet of 'roid warhead launchers. The facility itself in the 'roid field wouldn't be widespread knowledge, hence the bits of secrecy.
