| I know what you're going for, but it's too much for a first request according to any and all precedent, I'm afraid. The Vindicator has been given out sparingly thus far, and I don't see myself approving one in a first request, let alone two. Later? Very possibly. But even 2 Victory-class Star Destroyers or 4 Nebulon-B's are also more than we generally approve in a first request without seeing how they're used in the RP. Honestly, I'd say 1 Victory-class Star Destroyer and 2 Nebulon-B's, but I'm not sure that even this isn't too much firepower. Let me do some comparisons here and get back to this shortly.

| I misread the Victory II-class Frigates as Victory II-class Star Destroyers, and stubbornly continued to misread it even when you corrected me in Messenger. But I got it down now. However, while I know this is the last thing you want to hear, it is kind of the apt comparison to make, and that is it seems to me that under no circumstances should Hemei IV have more ships than Anaxes. I compare Hemei IV to Anaxes only because they're both wealthy Core Worlds, only Hemei IV's disadvantage is there's only a couple of sentences about it on Wookieepedia, whereas Anaxes appears in many sources, has a long martial history, and is renowned as the "Defender of the Core." Ideally, based on prominence in the canon, Anaxes would have the most ships, then Brentaal, then Alsakan, then Hemei IV, then Ralltiir (I might be missing some Core Worlds in the RP here, but you see my point). That's more-or-less how it is already except that I think Brentaal consistently under-requests its fleet. But that's not my business and I'm not going to punish other RPers for it.
But at the very least, I think there needs to be a principle of inferiority of Hemei IV's firepower to that of Anaxes, solely for the reasons I mentioned (not because of any events in the RP, which I'm not considering here).
So, this is an IC consideration I have in addition to the OOC consideration in my above post, and it's going to result in fewer ships that I'm willing to approve, especially on a first request. How many? Considering it's past 2:30 in the morning and I'm not too sharp here, I should probably be kept away from numbers until the morning, so that's what I'm going to do. Sorry to leave you hanging, bear with me if you would.

| That's very reasonable. I'd be okay with more, to be honest, but I APPROVE of this for now.
