| The Corellian Shuttles and Republic Light Assault Cruisers are military surplus from the Clone Wars and before, during the Rise of the Empire era from 1000BBY onwards, which would make them easy to acquire from any back water Outer Rim world ship dealer that wouldn't ask questions as to where the credits are coming from or what the ships are going to be used for.
The PCL and G9 Riggers would be purchased under Winter Manufacturing, which is located in the Teta System, with the NovaSword fighters being marked as escort vessels for the PCL as they normally do not carry weapons. The vessels would be reported as stolen on the way to their final destination in the Teta System.
The two Trade Fed Missile Frigates and the ILH-KK would be purchased through Rall's family funds which were put in banks that were not Republic held, so would not be under the Empire, and also not CIS aligned, so his own personal funds would not be seized after the War ended. These vessels would be purchased from the shadier members in the CSA looking to further their own goals, though needing the funding to do so.

| Would also like to point out that these vessels will be used in a simultanious attack on Imperial worlds at the same time as the Droid Revolution is going on, on Coruscant.

| I'm reluctant to approve any new ships, since the logic here applies to this request as well. Rall, so far, seems to have established a decent power base and I haven't seen much significant activity from him to warrant getting any new ships. Also, as a reminder, I find it unlikely that he'd be privy to the droid revolt on Coruscant and have time to marshal his forces for a concurrent attack so quickly after its inception.

| I completely understand that Rall wouldn't know about the Droid Revolt going on on Coruscant, it would just be a happy coincidence that it happened at the same time as his own strikes against other Imperial worlds.

| I'll say this—Rall is in a better position to acquire these particular ships than I think Shiva is in his request; these are smaller and simpler ships that are presumably easier to come by, and Rall has an established funding source to be able to do so. However, as I said on that request, I'm reluctant to upset the balance of Shiva's and Rall's forces at this time and I stick to that here, I'm afraid. I DENY for the time being at least, though if I see more offense from Rall's existing forces I might be more inclined to approve of some of this later than I am to approve of Shiva's.
