| Seeing as how Vjun defaulted on its payment to Sluis Van, having only paid for the Intrepid-class corvette, the Scorpius-class cruiser and the squadron of Arsix-class fighters would be remanded to Sluis Van's custody and placed into their Sluis Sector Defense Forces alongside the pair of CR90 corvettes, the squadron of gunships and the 36 fighters they currently have.

| I object to the notion these "hadn't been paid for". Vjun would have paid for the ships at the same time as it ordered them. I was told by management (Jace) that to request so many ships was inappropriate for Vjun to have that many - I feel penalising the IC planet of Vjun (implying an unreliability in making payments) is unfair when we are talking about ships which weren't ever requested.
Thus I propose either of the following
1. Vjun paid and Sluis Van never delivered - renaging on its contract.
2. The order was (as I believed was clear) the other ships order was never placed.
It should be noted that neither Sluis Van nor Vjun has requested these vessels so their "existence" is somewhat dubious - it can only be understood in terms of a Sluissi naval "expansion" if these are approved.

| Just because the ships were not requested, an understanding was made between Vjun and Sluis Van in which certain things, namely the vessels mentioned above, were asked for. Simply because you did not request them does not mean they do not exist. They were flown, in a post I can bring up, to Sluis Van. Were it only the corvette being delivered, the engineering team would have never come, instead insisting that the Vjunite corvette be brought to Sluis Van for a swifter and easier refit.
Now I'm not going to allow that Sluis Van never delivered; Sluis Van always delivers on paid contracts. As you said though, you never actually requested Vjun's ownership of the vessels, leaving me to assume they were not yet paid for and as such, repossessed by Sluis Van. Considering everything you're trying to throw at Sluis Van, I believe it can't hurt Vjun that much to show it can make mistakes. However, I'll wait for a management ruling on this.

| Since this ship or ships haven't been requested, they can't be put to any actual use in the RP. They can still be plot devices, however, and I see nothing improper so far with how they've been handled. I might be naive here, but the answer to this seems quite simple; Oriel is saying that Vjun would have paid up front, and Domon is saying that Sluis Van delivers on paid contracts. This would logically mean Vjun is in possession of the ship or ships that it paid for.
There are a lot of other ways that you can mutually agree to handle this, too. Maybe the "check was in the mail," so to speak, and Vjun canceled the payment. Or maybe it paid and it's demanding a refund (isn't it anyway?). Either way it seems like something you guys can sort out without us. Physically re-possessing the ships from Vjun would be something to do IC anyway, not OOC. (That is, either re-possessing them yourself or approaching the Empire on this. If, that is, Vjun refuses to return them).
Is there something you need us for that I'm missing?

| I'd be willing to agree to the following:
Sluis Van turns over ships on paid contracts, hence why they took the cruiser, corvette and fighters to Vjun. However, as of the posts therein, Vjun only took control of the corvette, and as such, one can assume they paid for it. With the cruiser and fighters still in orbit, seeing as how they delivered the engineering team, I can assume that payment had not yet been received, or perhaps had not gone through. The end result is that Vjun loses no money and Sluis Van retains their vessels. That's what I'm looking for, as the request is meant for Sluis Van to gain the cruiser and the fighters.
