| I think by this point, Ordan and a good deal of the old money throughout the Core are sick of small corporations across the Outer Rim garnering the most attention while any self respecting Core World could likely outproduce any given minor shipyard in both speed, quality and efficiency.
Thus I'd like Ordan to, after meeting with some of the boys down the Gentlemens clubs, Ordan would hammer out the cooperation of the major Republic suppliers (KDY, Sienar etc) in what could be called in an un-generous light, market fixing.
The new shipyard company would confine it's activities largely to producing civilian ships, space stations and light warships and would avoid bidding against any of the bigger shipyards (who after all did have a share in the business), it's a venture (while lead by Anaxsi Capital) by a group of Core entrepreneurs that have risen from the Clone Wars like a phoenix from the ashes.
Naturally, Azure Durasteel would be the primary supplier of metals across the board. Taim & Bak would be the only supplier of turbolasers etc. Essentially if one of the shareholding corporations produces a product that can be added to a new line of say, starships, the Corporations funding would have first crack of the whip in their areas of expertise. The Board of the new company will share members in common with all their subsidiaries, naturally the allegation that they would thus prevent competition with their other interests is completely and utterly true.
It has the following classified objectives: 1. Utterly routing the small shipyards across the Outer Rim (many of whom are still run by the same people as during the Clone Wars) who had of late attempted to assert themselves on the Galactic Scale with noisy advocates such as Alyn Stark and Lomen Ryuun. They'd do this by being cheapest, while not KDY in scale, they did have significant repair and construction capacity which surpasses most shipyards existing outside of the Core or Colonies. 2. Producing a comprehensive, de-centralized and broad research program in order to help solve the problems of the Empire into the future. Especially, the strategy of buying multiple companies and having them share data allows work to be done much faster as it's not necessary in many cases to test principles that may have been researched in one of the others - saving time and money. 3. Producing a "Niche supplier" of Defensive Systems to the growing market in the Outer Rim, especially to do so in the High Military Technology Sector that Stark's ventured had recently been advancing in. 4. Being the cheapest, quickest, most efficient and friendliest repair, refit and resupply company in the Outer Rim by using the redundant capacity in the massive Separatist shipbuilding facilities lying empty in most cases to cut down or completely eliminate queues.
The ownership of the company would be as follows - 31% Axum Durasteel - 20% Hubert Ordan - 10% Kuat Drive Yards - 10% Sienar Fleet Systems - 10% The Bank of the Core - 5% Taim & Bak - 4% The Bank of Brentaal - 5% BlasTech - 1% Data Equity Management, Incorporated - 1% Figg & Associates - 1% TransGalMeg Industries - 1% Imperial Fruit Company
Victory Corporation
Turning Victory into Prosperity
Victory Corporation specializes in the purchase and management of companies that may have acted in an unpatriotic or rebellious manner during the period of the Clone Wars, with a policy of allowing only humans on it's boards and in the senior management strata of its acquisitions. The company intentionally allows COMPNOR and Imprial Intelligence penetration of it's ranks at every level; in addition all databases owned by the company are open to Imperial scrutiny via holonet connection. While the organization could not be described as a "Front" for Imperial Espionage, it is one which gladly and gleefully. Victory Stardrive
As a strong brand with a good pre-Clone Wars history, the names of Arakyd and HKD would be maintained but a VS would be added before their name to indicate the takeover. Gwori Revolutionary Industries on the other hand does not have a good name at all; due to this factor it would operate under the trademark of Victory Stardrive instead.
Hoersch-Kessel Drive, Inc. (Link doesn't work but is here http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Hoersch-Kessel_Drive,_Inc.) - It actually even says "Ownership of HKD changed many times between the Clone Wars and the end of the Galactic Civil War." on the wiki. This would be by far the largest purchase involved.
Gwori Revolutionary Industries - The planet Gwori would be purchased as part of the companies assets (likely from the Empire itself).
Arakyd Industries - A controlling stake in Arakyd Industries would be purchased, there would be little actual effort to integrate Arakyd into VS, instead it would remain functionally independent except implementing a new computer network, to which VS has access allowing what amounts to internal corporate espionage. This is essentially a speculative purchase of a large company just appearing to be starting to expand dynamically which is intended to be kept for a short number of years before "flipping" it by selling it on.
8x Telgorn Prefabricated Shipyards would be commissioned and posted in relatively safe, well defended systems across the Outer Rim with agreements in place with the local Planetary Defense Forces and Imperial Navy to come to their aid as a priority if required, in exchange for an extremely lucrative discount.
Victory Advanced Systems Research Division - In cooperation with BlasTech
The Advanced Systems Research Division would work alongside BlasTech to create newer and more efficient weapon systems for the Galaxy. The deal struck with significant shareholder BlasTech was a cunning one.
Victory Advanced Systems Research would not produce any handheld weapon for the market that was not produced prior to the Conglomeration of these companies.
All land, water or air vehicles produced would mount BlasTech weaponary exclusively. All military products will be made as compatible as possible with BlasTech products.
In exchange, VASRD would have access to all of BlasTech's R&D in a reciprocal database sharing scheme.
While there are a large number of companies making up VASRD, in practice it's subsidiaries are not merged and maintain their own highly individual identities, while contributing to what really makes VASRD it's money, the immense depth of cutting edge research in all areas of technology (especially weapons) allowing the creation of innovative new solutions to the problems of the Galaxy.

| I, personally, was hoping Gwori would more or less remain as a bit of "neutral" ground for the Separatist remnants through the next few "years" of the timeline. I quote years because I hope we pick up the pace a little. Anyways; I know Jace expressed some hesitance due to the many canon companies involved in this. Let Management get together on this and we shall get back on this.
