An addition for clarification

It came into question recently that Stark's converted C-3 passenger liner may not be up to snuff. In the original request here, I'll admit that I was lacking in certain details that have been brought to life here via description. As such, I'd like to take into account the following figures be considered the existing statistics:

  • 6x C-3 liner engines (stock) removed and replaced by 6x Lorrd Engineering XT-009 engines that are intended for capital vessels, but were tweaked at Stark's behest to have additions such as blast shields for breaking and reverse thrust, as well as greater maneuverability. The top speed achievable would be 60 MGLT.

  • Being a converted liner, Vigilance Technologies would have installed top-of-the-line tracking and target acquisition systems with their VT CA-1-A sensor and targeting systems, allowing for full tracking of all batteries with speed and efficiency.

  • The C-3 liner, being unarmored, would have received an upgrade in the form of heavier armor plating and military-grade shield generators that grant protection of 1600 SBD and a hull integrity of 800 RU (for comparison). This is a war-yacht, after all, so to speak.

I have no problem with this. I APPROVE. Except that it's hard to have a single all-encompassing hull integrity rating when we're talking about armor plating that's been added intermittently across the ship. Some places are going to be stronger than others—some places, such as the elaborate outboard "ring," aren't really practical to fit armor plating onto unless you want this to be a very costly, years-long project. So I'm reluctant to state flat-out that the RU is 800; I imagine it rather depends where it's being hit.

Honestly I don't think an RU rating is necessary in this case.

Just so I'm clear, you were talking about then sending this liner to Sluis Van for additional upgrades. Those aren't included here, right? That'd be a separate matter.

That is correct. The retcon here is to establish existing statistics that should have been placed when the vessel was originally requested.

Then I'm good with this, since you've mentioned all these particular upgrades in the past.
