I'd like to request that Victor Mallix be able to use his influence with Tssk to have the parts salvaged for the following craft, and for the ship to be built at a Shadow Port using money Mallix has skimmed off transactions as the Economic Overseer of Trandosha and its lucrative Slave Markets.
The Steel Fury 
The rear half of a Recusant-class welded on to the front half of a Munificent-class.
Technical specifications
Length: 700m
Hyperdrive system: Class 2, Backup Class 12
Hull: Durasteel
Shielding: 1.5x Munificent-class equivalent.
Sublight Engines: 2800G Acceleration, 60 MGLT speed - cannot tolerate atmospheric use.
Armament:
Prow heavy turbolaser cannons (2)
Long-range heavy ion cannons (2)
Twin turbolaser cannons (26)
Light turbolaser turrets (20)
Point-defense laser cannons (38)
Flak guns(8)
Hyperwave jammer (1)
Crew: 200 Organics, same number of Repair and Technical Droids aboard, 6 OOM Pilot Battle Droids on the bridge at all times.
Battle Droids: 4 Droideka (Mallix' retinue), 60 B2 Battle Droids, 600 B1 Battle Droids (mostly naturally deactivated)
Passengers: 200 Organics can be carried aboard in comfort or ten times that number in squalor.
Cargo: 100,000 Tons - External cargo racks amidships also may carry 2 XTS Containers.
Consumables: Two Months standard, 2 Years if supplied for long mission.
Compliment: (Intended to be a mixed up mess of anyone Mallix can hire.

Weak spot:

Should note this is Mallix' next step towards getting a stake together that'll allow him to return to the Banking Clan. The ship would be used as a moving bar and repair station for ne'er do wells and spacers. It'd host a repair facility and be a "shadow microport", moving around the galaxy.
It'd also do piracy.

And can you link me to a record of this? I recall approving of a certain Red Skull Clan operating in conjunction with Mallix. Not of either the Red Skull Clan nor Mallix being plenipotentiary "overseers" of Trandosha's slave trade.

| I think to avoid the appearance of a 1.2-esque fraternization it would be good to mention such arrangements in the future, if not necessarily request them. Being aware of it now, however, I have no problem with it. My main concern is here is, obviously, the dual prow heavy turbolasers and also the crew of 200 "organics"—who would these people be? Helping himself to the Trandoshan coffer is one thing, but surely he doesn't have Trandoshans crewing his ship for him? Explain if you would how Mallix is moving from a crew of no organics to 200 of them. It's not stuck in my craw or anything, only I feel it's something that needs explaining.

| Just to be clear (and not meaning to sound argumentative) - the arrangement was specifically alluded to in the Tssk takeover request.
To quote the transfer of control request about Trandosha: "This would be via Victor Mallix (scenting money and prestige to be made) using his splendid Trandoshans to stage a power-play."
I'm not sure how much more up front with that I can be.
As for crew, it'd be mostly a general crew of ne'er do wells of many species..
His currently approved ship is a Diamond-class. Most of the crew is composed of droids, but there's the following organic crew:
1 Muun
5 Neimoidians
8 Humans
12 Quarren
29 Geonosians
I'd probably keep a similar mix.. probably just expanding firstly from the friends/family of the contacts, underworld contacts and general people in need of work - it's a general pirate type vessel (no public separatist overtones) which means that its somewhat easier to rustle up crew at most shadowports. Most of the tasks aboard are fairly menial.
There would likely be (as with most pirate type crews) relatively high turnover of crew, with droids occasionally covering for sentients if there's an ad-hock shortage, with about 1/4 of the crew being long term loyalists etc.
