| Trade Agreements signed with and the establishment of Space Stations for the use as Trade Stations and Refueling Systems.
These Trade Agreements would also entitle the Mandate to use their vessels in the Systems and Sectors mentioned in order to protect their property from criminals, pirates, etc etc.

| Minimal armed space stations. Just enough to protect themselves from fighters and lightly armed vessels, but not enough to protect themselves against well equipped pirate vessels.
