Information: A long-range scout ship that doubles as a surface-based turbolaser, the Hieronymus-class XX-9 Mule is useful for establishing or defending far-flung colonies or isolated mining facilities, etc. The XX-9 heavy turbolaser is a legitimate threat to small capital-grade vessels such as pirate ships and also serves as an effective deterrent to surface-based threats, including hostile indigenous aliens or wildlife. The Mule is also equipped with sophisticated sensors for use in scouting including gravitic and atmospheric composition detectors, life form indicators, and so on. A large engine array allows for a quick liftoff and getaway. Accommodates one pilot, one gunner, and up to two passengers.
