Neimoidia is... frankly doubtful of Baltimn's ability to pay immediately, especially on its ability to raise 400,000,000 without exhausting its lines of credit to the point that it will likely be rejected from joining the New Republic on grounds of an unstable economy. Neimoidia would instead offer the following settlement.
A one-off payment in cash consisting of 100,000,000 New Republic Credits.
A tariff to be imposed for 10 years on all trade in and out of Baltimn, amounting to 5% on all Goods, this would be collected by Neimoidian Customs officers and Portmasters to be appointed by the Neimoidian Administration.
A payment of 100,000,000 New Republic credits at the end of the 10 year period.
We believe this offers an outcome acceptable to all parties which shall not beggar Baltimn.
