Lim Hejin relaxed on board the DP20 gunship that was the current flag of the Ebon Fist's little group. His personal quarters were nicely adorned with a number of items from past campaigns. Despite the smuggler's attire Hejin often wore, he was an able businessman as well, and not all his wins had been gained on the battlefield. At present, he was considering a strike on a convoy to gain some useful, if not necessary, goods that would supplement the upcoming operations. It was not an operation without risk, for this convoy was hardly undefended. If anything, it was highly defended, but the route had already been mapped out and checked up several times to ensure proper placement. Timing and location were critical to this operation, more so than normal.
Either way, it was a risk Hejin was willing to take.

for this particular endeavor, hejin's group was going to strike outside of the remnant and the new republic's sphere of influence. despite the generalized stability, there were still hundreds of warlords and sector governors that had not taken sides, instead preferring to remain in their own little domains. it did, however, make it difficult for them to get supplies from either of the larger factions, which left them trading amongst themselves when they could bear to trust one another.
