In the rural communities around the School of Hidden Wisdom, there was much weeping, the deaths of not only their sons, their corpses obliterated by explosion in many cases and so unable to have the traditional Baltimnite funeral rites but also three that had died as a result of the flaming debris from the School of Hidden Wisdom.

Angered, the local leaders of the community were unhappy, and more and more men and women were seen armed, idealogues spoke at the funeral and discontent was rife, not only with the inaction of their Government to punish the Murdering Duke, but also at their relative poverty, and now the foreign oppressors whom the Capitalists had apparently brought in to prop them up.

Anti-Capitalist Posters, Grafitti, Songs and Slogans became more common throughout Baltimn, as the foreign yoke began to weigh heavily upon the shoulders of the poor benighted people.

Ulyanov, sitting underground in the hills close to one of these small communities was addressing the Council of Peoples Commissars, who passed a unanimous motion to begin the revolution now, to cast off the Capitalist Oppressors and their Foreign Allies, no longer would Baltimn be in Chains! "Viva La Revolución" a cry in Old Baltimnite became the rallying call, signifying their wish not to use Galactic Basic and their demands to overthrow the Capitalist Government who claimed there was "No crime committed" by the Bloody Duke.

Taking a great risk, Senator Crion, well known for being a man of the people, decided to attend the funeral, at which he would speak with the people, and hear their concerns and various complaints and opinions. He agreed with them in that the slaughter Cale had unleashed was unwarranted and unnecesarry, and would leave as after a short time.
