| As the Neimoidians were now in control of the spaceport, as such the colonel had no access to any of the cameras on the port, attempts to access coming up with a simple lockout. In any case, the box had been taken from the middle of the landing field to the crusher next to one of the hangars, unless any cameras were mounted in mid air, it was unlikely they would yeild anything, aerial cameras were also ruled out by the exclusion provided over the port by the Neimoidian gunnery which only would allow incoming or outgoing traffic and not local potential terrorists.

| Whether by luck or chance, the patrol boat caught up with the small freighter at its next port of call, which was to say, a small research station along the hyperspace routes. The freighter captain was worried at first, but once intentions of the Baltimn ship were clear, everything was settled. The station's manager was kind enough to provide an area where the captain, a customs officer and a security officer could speak in peace. Holorecordings were taken of the man's statement, what he saw and the fact that the Neimoidians did receieve the package. With the data intact, the patrol boat returned to Baltimn.

| As the patrol boat sought to return to Baltimn, it would find a Corvette from Dantooine blocking its path, with weapons charged. It locked its tractor beams projecting to hold the Patrol Boat in place. "Non-Republic Patrol Boat, power down weapons and shields. Identify your vessel and Prepare to be boarded." After this the commander of the vessel began to jam hypercomms from the vessel so that it could not send a distress signal.

| The boat captain grunted in annoyance as the corvette appeared and locked tractor beams onto them. This was a certain breach of protocol. "Dantooine vessel, this is patrol boat Alpha 1 of the Baltimn Naval Forces. Dantooine has no authority in this Sector. Release our boat. We will not be accepting any boarding missions." At a nod from the captain, the comms officer sent a message to the research platform. "Platform Delta 6, please assist if needed. Contact the New Republic if an issue arises."

| The nearest New Republic patrol was over 2 parsecs away, as such help was not likely to be incoming any time soon.

| All bands of communications were jammed as the vessel opened a line to the platform. The platform, not being interested in partisan politics would have nothing to do with the small baltimn vessel and certainly not intervene on a good samaritan basis, especially when faced with a heavily armed corvette. Seeing the baltimn vessel was not in compliance and powering down, a pair of twin turbolasers targeted the smaller vessel's propulsion, firing a shot to severely damage the vessel, aiming to overload its power core and cripple it, so it could be impounded.

| Upon noticing they were being targeted, as they had active scans on the Dantooine vessel, the concussion missile turret opened fire upon the corvette, loosing a quartet of concussion missles even as the crew drew power from the engines and directed to the shields. The patrol boat rocked as its shields were taxed to forty percent, but the concusson missiles, fired ay such a close range and in the tractor beam's path, would be sucked up towards the projector at such a speed that defensive fire had an incredibly low chance to hit. The crew prepared for a fight, opening up with ion cannons and the quad laser turret as well, targeting the larger ship's weapon emplacement that had fired upon them.

| The four torpedoes struck the shields and caused the ship to rock but did little damage, impacting on the vessel's particle shields and breaking the tractor beam link. The corvette, now seriously annoyed at having its time wasted opened fire with all of its eight dual turbolasers (whereas it previously just used one), it now targeted the vessel with an intention to destroy it with an overwhelming volley, the smaller vessel not having a chance as its small ion cannons and quadlaser fire glanced off the deflector shields of the vessel, not causing any harm.

| Indeed, with its shields already taxed, the patrol boat vaporized under the onslaught of the larger ship's massed fire, becoming one with all the subatomic particles scattered about space.

| The Dantooine ship moved off from the station and returned to patrolling the space lanes, reporting to Dantooine Command that Baltimn ships were operating with no permission in NR space.
