In order to provide for the common good, and for the cause of Galactic Peace and Security, I propose the following legislation to be passed.

1. Baltimn be re-admitted to the status of Affiliate World, if it complies with the following terms:
- Holding a free and fair referendum to be observed by New Republic Monitors to verify if the popular will is pro-membership.
- Recognises it has no right to interdict ships outside its territory and issues a full and comprehensive apology for such an action.
- Ceases wasting the Senate's time relating to motions relating to the handling of mail, which would be more appropriately dealt with elsewhere.

2. Sets the following criteria for Baltimn to become a Full Member of the New Republic.
- Baltimn agrees to pay the taxes and levies imposed by the Federal Government.
- Baltimn is able to demonstrate over a period of 3 months that it is substancially a stable state, as such it should not have ongoing armed insurrections.
- Baltimn to resolve the "issues" with Neimoidia over mail handling etc, amicably and outside of the Senate.
- Baltimn to Publish its constitution, so that the Senate may observe its core values are in line with those of the New Republic.

This appears to be a fair motion, as such I withdraw my own motion relating to baltimn and vote in favour of this.

I vote in favor of this sensible motion, with the understanding that consequences shall ensue if Baltimn fails to abide these terms. Should this occur, perhaps then the Senate should reconsider the Senator from Neimoidia's proposal for an interstellar security force, which seemed to me a reasonable one.

I also vote in favor. I believe this measure is in harmony with the one that I have proposed, also on the matter of Baltimn.

I see that earlier questionable moves aside, the Chief of State intends to bring a sensible and peaceful end to this crisis, and I agree with his reasonable conditions, and also vote In Favor.
