Outside of Murmann City by about a mile a group of idealistic commandos deployed a pair of simple mortars, rigged up to fire black market thermal detonators inside a ramshackle shed, they had been modified to fire at extreme range to go over a mile and land inside the Government district. A simple digital circuit was set to fire the mortars after 10 minutes had passed, and quickly the roof of the shed was removed and placed next to the shelter, as if repairs were being made. The trio of commandos then mounted up on their swoops and headed into the countryside, where they split up to take shelter with seperate friendly families.
After the 10 minutes had expired the mortars both went off, sending two thermal detonators winging towards the central government district, one falling to land on a local Baltimn Defence Force Precinct, and the other to hit its target of the building in which the legislature met, as planned, both exploded.
