In light of recent Revolutionary Activity and attacks on its facilities, and the following attempted Government crackdown, the Government of Neimoidia has decided that it is not its place to involve itself in Baltimn's Revolutionary matters, as such it has taken the decision to enforce its tariff from orbit, and not planetside.

All facilities have been left intact, but our Customs Officials and Security forces are to be withdrawn with immediate effect, and would ask that the Chief of State puts in place a travel warning for the planet Baltimn to designate it unsafe for New Republic Citizens due to the violence unfolding.

The New Republic will issue from 12 Galactic Standard Time a travel warning for Baltimn for the duration of the Crisis. I would urge all parties involved in what ever activity is going on at Baltimn to act justly and with restraint in their handling of this matter.

I would also like to ask Mr Stomwell back to the chamber to explain what is happening.

President Gavrisom, I regret that I cannot be there in person and that I am restricted to holonet broadcast. Unfortunately, myself and the rest of Baltimn's government were forced to leave Murmamn City.

Riots have broken out, with insurgents and dissidents overwhelming our police forces. The city has been placed under martial law and is in the capable hands of General Preston, our leader of the Baltimn Defense Forces.

As we speak, efforts are underway to quell the riots and restore order... no thanks, I might add, in part to Neimoidia pulling out and leaving large weapon stockpiles behind where they could be easily reached.

The Commerce Council has voted to endorse the travel warning on Baltimn and, of course, the Ministry of Commerce will disseminate it accordingly. I would caution Mr. Stomwell against implicating Neimoidia in this matter, however. It seems to me that the real blame is with your government, which is apparently and, sadly, unable to keep its house in order. For all we know, Neimoidia had a calming, paternal influence on the tensions rife within Baltimn's society, but your government did not capitalize on this calm and Neimoidia is now no longer able to exercise its influence safely.

I do hope, for the sake of the people of Baltimn but, more importantly, for the sake of free commerce on the planet, that you are able to assuage the honest grievances of your protestors and to defeat the more insidious, revolutionary elements in their ranks. Thus far, your government has been unable to do this and, if it is unable to do so, the blood of Baltimn will be as much on your hands, Mr. Stomwell, as on the revolutionaries'.
