The Kel Dor would be inside one of the meeting rooms on the main level where the Strategy Center were centered on this level of the Massassi Temple. Master Saal had originally thought about hosting a meeting inside the Strategy Center, but later thought it would be too formal. It was due to several reasons, not having enough Masters and a simple discussion instead of formal session were among them. Master Skywalker had been urging the Masters to lead by example, to encourage the Jedi Academy to get out more often. Master Skywalker had always advocated that experience is the best teacher, as he had always been out to help solve several issues that would often escalates into disputes. Caamas Document Crisis, among several others, were the evidences of Master Skywalker's involvement.

Nonetheless, many of the Academy's students were reluctant to get out and explore the galaxy. The Masters weren't doing enough to do what Master Skywalker wanted them to do. This led Master Saal's decision to take the initiative approach. The Kel Dor had left messages to each Master within the Academy, and had hoped that every single one of them would show up. In addition to that, he had left Master Skywalker a message concerning this out of courtesy. He had never expected Master Skywalker to show up, but who knows? That Jedi Master is unpredictable, and could have showed up unexpectedly. He continued to doubt that though, and would cling to the hope that the other Masters would show up so they could discuss several approach to getting the Academy more active out in the galaxy. There were a small faction of Senators within the New Republic, including Chief of State Gavrisom himself, that encouraged this as well.

The Jedi Master would stand still, instead of sitting down. He was wearing a traditional Master robes utilized by the Old Jedi Order, and continued to wait for others to show up.

"Master Saal," the familiar voice of Jedi Master Streen would fill the room, "It is good to see you back on Yavin." He was soft spoken, as ever, but his words echoed on the stone walls of the large, and largely empty, room. Tistura would probably have sensed his presence a moment ago. It was the presence of an old man, something of a loner who was typically stoic but, on this occasion, was in a rather buoyant mood. He had been meditating for much of the afternoon on the balcony outside his quarters, sensing the subtle harmony of life on a world that teemed with it. It was always a calming experience, and one that reminded him of his days of seclusion on Bespin before Master Skywalker had invited him, in 11 ABY, to join his Jedi Academy. Streen did not regret doing so, but he still had a fondness for his simple life, and solitude, in the clouds.

The bearded Jedi Master shook Tistura's hand in greeting. "Kam and Tionne are on Telos," he told him, "Kyle is on Coruscant, I believe, and it seems Master Skywalker is still occupied in the Tarabba Sector." The other Masters, he explained, were similarly away on various errands and wouldn't be able to make it to Tistura's meeting. "But we can talk, if you'd like," Streen said, "but would you be willing to walk and talk on the Academy grounds? I enjoy the fresh air in the late afternoon."
