Captain Heller, your command is temporarily transferred to the Achilles, and you are hereby brevetted to Vice Admiral, and placed in command of the temporary unit, Battlegroup Spear. The Battlegroup consists of the ISD Achilles, the EPSs Myrmidon, Spartan, and Olympic along side the Bulk Cruiser Eos and Carrack Cruisers Agamemnon and Dienekes.

Your mission, is to break the illegal blockade of Acherin and liberate these people, so they may come into the glorious Pentastar Alignment. The Marathon is temporarily a part of this battlegroup, however its sole assignment is to deploy Major Kant's unit on the surface as an advance unit, with special forces reinforcement from Echelon's Seraphim Team, who will also deploy with Kant's men from the Marathon. General Tartarus, Seraphim Team will be under your direction command, rather than General Thomas... and you will also have full command over surface operations.

Heller, you may form an insertion plan however you see fit, but I ask that you work with General Tartarus in formulationg the plan...and may deploy when and how you see fit. Good luck.

Sir, I am grateful for the confidence you have in me, however I must respectfully decline the promotion and the assignment. This mission will no doubt engender a very high material and human cost, and may leave other, actual (rather than prospective) Pentastar Alignment worlds vulnerable to retaliation. I believe the operation will stand some chance of success if, rather, it is placed under the command of an officer who believes it stands any chance of success. And so I respectfully decline, and ask for the Moff's understanding.

Alright, now that Line Captain Tarson Rice has assumed command once more... this operation is once again under way.

The Battlegroup will break a hole in the blockade, and allow the ground forces to safely land... and then pull out to the edge of the system until needed once more. Major Kant, your unit will be the largest unit of the advance force... with two Special Missions Companies and team of ten Commandos under your command as well. Seraphim team will also be on the surface, but they are outside your command... and should they give you an order, you and any of your men are to follow it without question.

Major, your main objective is to enforce the locals, and gain intelligence on the situation and aid in determining whether or not we can, and should, land a full surface combat force.
