| I have recently been awarded, with much pride and gratitude, the title of Knight by our friends in the Norat Sovereignty. However, because the Common Charter states rather specifically that a "title of nobility" from a "foreign power" must not be accepted without the consent of the Senate, I now ask for that consent, if only out of formality. Senator Cambrist, Brentaal Chairman of the Commerce Council Member of the Economics Council Lord of the Blockadesmen Knight of the Norat Sovereignty

| “It is my pleasure to be the first to congratulate you on your new…acquisition and grant my consent. May this be used for the betterment of the New Republic and its constituents.”

| If there are no objections, then Senator Cambrist you may consider the consent of the Senate is granted. I also commend you for observing proper, constitutional procedure in this matter. Eli Fitzgerald Chief of State
