After listening to wise council, the Ash Worlds have sought to be represented in the Imperial Senate. I was lucky enough to be picked for the position, being the first Maelibus to travel off the world of Iego and see the worlds and systems of the Ash Worlds and speak with their people, I was requested to represent these peoples and their needs, and see to their protection.

The Ash Worlds are loyal Imperial Worlds, and do not question the appointments of officials to their office. If the Chair is capable of keeping his duties in line and not interfering with one another, then there is no point in supporting an elected chair. While I've heard that other Sectors are claiming aggressive stances from the Cronese Mandate, we've not had a problem with our neighbor whom has been a strong trade partner that has shown no aggression towards the Ash Worlds.

The Galactic Encyclopedia indicates your world has no exports? How do you reconcile this with claims of trade? Or is it that it imports Cronese goods? If so, how are they paid for?

I do think you need to make a compelling argument to justify Iego being worth a Senate seat (last reports indicate a population of circa 4,500 civilised people and a small native remnant), although perhaps you can enlighten me if things have changed?
