Subject: Transfer of NRSS Expeditious to NRI, CPSA

General, I thank you for your cooperation with the Commission on Public Safety Assurance thus far, and also your discretion, and your understanding of the CPSA's importance for us all. Be advised; in light of recent events, we may be accelerating Operation Missionary. I've therefore arranged for the Dreadnaught-class cruiser Expeditious to be transferred, temporarily, to the NRI's command so that you can assign it to the CPSA at Machenry Station.
