Subject: Deralia Dispute

Citing the attached documentation, in which a party on behalf of Chief of State Eli Fitzgerald, acting in the name of the New Republic government, in a formal and legally standing document, stated that Deralia is an unaligned and neutral world, thus giving formal recognition to its status as such by the Administration and government, I, Senator Cul'utaanforte, Chairbeing of the Defense Council and member of the Ruling Council, formally dispute the Deralia decision, in which the Diplomatic Corps has stated that there hasn't been such recognition, and thus demand that this statement be revised, and the government do everything possible to intervene on Deralia's behalf and preserve its recognized status as a sovereign government.
