It is my belief that a certain Deven Rel'kom, former Tatooine native and current apprentice of the New Sith Order is being held rather unjustly on charges of poaching Ewoks on Endor. I have included a copy of his statement, given to me from Sulon. I recognize that his travel to Endor and some of the subsequent actions taken should have not been done, but youth is a stage we all must pass through and bad judgments are, at times, made. However, without any call to charge, I would request he be remanded to my custody and any fines necessary will be paid.
