I've been aware of some developments, such as the return of Celise Shinzon, the unfortunate loss of Jedi Knights Sky and Havoc to the dark side of the Force, the disappearance of Arren Park, and the deliberations about the Jedi Academy in the Senate. The reason I did not intervene in these matters, as I hope you'll understand, is that I had complete confidence that you would all rise to these challenges and conduct yourselves in a manner fitting the high moral, intellectual and spiritual standards that we have set for this institution. It appears, though these times are trying, that I was not disappointed. I'm proud of all of you, and I'll be glad to be working with you again on Yavin IV.

I'll need to remain on Tarabba Prime at least for this week, so that I can preside over the delivery of medical supplies that is important to the agreement that was reached in the dispute here. I will then stop briefly at Coruscant to meet with my sister and some of her colleagues regarding the recent developments in the Senate. Then I will return to Yavin and formally resume my duties.
