Esteemed Director Cracken,

As you no doubt have been made aware of, my bureau has been assigned as a liaison in regards to the dreadful massacre aboard the Ithorian Peace. Most technicalities have been dealt with since then, but I have been unable to provide the fate of the perpetrators.

I do realize that you yourself might not be assigned to the case, but I would grandly appreciate if you could either direct me to the people in question or provide me with any developments that have been made. I have been quite vocal in the condemnation of the perpetrators and hope that the most stringent of measures be taken against them. Given the atrocity of their acts, I, for once, would not be adverse to insist on the death penalty against the Lucian Alliance should they indeed be the culprits.
