The Commerce Council will forward your information to the Ministry of Commerce for processing. The Ministry may, however, ask you to provide additional information such as the purpose of your company, its place of business, its holdings, and so on. This information will also need to be authenticated—that is, you will be required to sign these documents to vouch for their authenticity. This can be done on the holonet if you have New Republic, Imperial, or Old Republic identicards, or other legitimate form of identification from a world or a union of worlds or persons recognized by the New Republic. If you do not have such identification, you may apply to the General Ministry for a New Republic identicard (you will be asked for certain information such as your species, place of birth, place of residence, and so on).

Please note: Once Ravak & Larben Enterprises has been cleared by the Ministry of Commerce, the Commerce Council will revise its policy concerning your corporation and resume business with you. Best of luck in this endeavor.
