Request to Amend Rules 2A and 2B

I have two cartoonishly small amendments I'd like to request, in terms of Rules 2A and 2B. Firstly, that 2A should read "... is not permitted, unless with management approval (and only when necessary to further a plot a or storyline, demonstrably)," and that 2B should read "... the total number of army and militia should not be specified..."

The changes I'm requesting, of course, are highlighted, and the rules in their current form are here.

Wow, that IS an exceptionally small change that probably does not even need to be requested although it does set a good precedence. However, if we are changing things then I propose my own change:

I want this rule to be reinstated effective immediately:

Donut" shall be spelled "D-O-N-U-T" in this group. Spellings of "Donut" as "Doughnut" will not be acknowledged, except under rare circumstances.
