Ok, I have a little request of my own, if you couldn't tell by the topic and tag.... When a request is made final I request that the thread be locked or at least that once a Manager has posted a final word on it, it be left alone so that the Manager's name is listed as the final post.
The purpose of this is so that we, as Managers will be able to scroll through the list of requests and know which ones are still pending.
