| It's probably a bit large for a first time deal, but this is pretty much a one time deal, aside from perhaps modifications to the force composition. Pretty much to give a quickie explaination, a majority of this was done through the NR selling off old equipment or surplus vessels and craft. The only exceptions here are the the FireStars and Republic Star Destroyer, aquired through a loan made possible by recently passed NR legislation. On those two items, the FireStars would be under construction, becoming operations November 15th, and the Republic SD being delivered to Ryloth on October 30th. Navy 1 Republic Star Destroyer 2 Updated and Modified Dreadnaught Heavy Cruisers 4 Modified Assault Frigates Lictor Dungeon Ship (Modified into an orbital prison) [Over South Pole] 4 FireStar Defense Platforms [Over the twilight zone] Rendili Space Dock [Over North Pole] Army 2 Corps of national troops Each tribe maintains forces which can be nationalized, amounting to a Corps sized element Starfighter Corps 2 Wings of Tandem X-Wings 2 Squadrons of Series II E-Wings and 1 Squadron of B-Wing/Es on the Star Destroyer Defender Starfighters on the Dreadnaughts and Assault Frigates 2 Squadrons of BTL-S3 Y-Wings on the Space Dock 1 Squadron of T-65C-A2 X-Wings on each FireStar STATS ON MODIFIED CRAFT Dreadnaught 20 Light Quad Turbolaser Cannons 15 Turbolaser Batteries 15 Turbolaser Cannons 1 Warhead Launcher 12 Fighters 3 Transports 3,000 troops Assault Frigate 35 Light Quad Turbolaser Cannons 4 Warhead Launchers 6 fighters 1 Transport 1,000 troops

| Please allow me sometime to rebuttal. I believe that such a force is not possible for Ryloth but I will have to review facts first. There are also some IC elements I must address. Sorry for the delay.

| It's alright. I'm not married to the idea, just trying to raise up something in case of attack...ability to do some expeditionary operations...things of that sort. I'm reviewing the size of the army, and might knock it down a bit.

| A reminder that Brentaal has a total of 6 ships and 48 starfighters (three of the ships corvettes, and three of them essentially just transports), and Neimoidia has 4 ships total and 72 starfighters (one capital ship and three corvettes). In addition to being, in my opinion, a good OOC template for planetary fleet numbers, it also bears noting that both Brentaal and Neimoidia are economic powerhouses in comparison to Ryloth. I would recommend, thus, to request either A.) 1 "large" capital ship, B.) 1 "small" capital ship and 1 or 2 support craft, or C.) 3 to 4 corvettes, gunships, etc (might I suggest the IPV-1 patrol craft?). I feel that having 7 capital ships is not proportional, realistic, or necessary considering the other defenses you're requesting (remember my personal rule, that fleet numbers are intended as a trade off; a choice, at any given time, of either offense or defense but not both at once). Also, I'm going to be very reluctant to approve of any New Class vessels being sold privately, so please limit yourself to more traditional vessels only. It's my understanding, also (though I could be wrong), that Ryloth has kind of an unstable, unreliable government—like Pakistan, let's say—and I think the Republic would be reluctant to supply it with too many weapons, for this reason. But I digress. Please limit your fighters also to no more than 6 squadrons (including starfighter compliments). I'm also curious why you requested the "T-65C-A2 X-Wing," this making poor, weary Jace trudge through the snow to look it up, only to find that it's identical to an X-Wing? It's described as "a variant of the T-65 X-Wing starfighter," without explaining how it varies. For future reference, just requesting "X-Wings" would have been fine. Also, when resubmitting your fighter numbers, please omit Tandem X-Wings, E-Wings, B-Wings, and so on, and please stick to fighters that are common, and that Ryloth could realistically acquire—the Defender Starfighters are an excellent example, also things like Z-95's. X-Wings and Y-Wings are also acceptable. On the defenses, the "FireStar" platform has an obscene amount of weaponry and I can't imagine what will ever convince me to approve them for anyone's use. I'm also not terribly convinced that Ryloth should have any defense platforms (bear with me), since again the planet is rather limited in its resources and since perhaps only 10% of the planet is habitable and even then it's inhabited underground. Orbital platforms just seem unnecessary. I think the Lictor-class Dungeon Ship, of which I APPROVE, should be sufficient for this purpose (as long as it remains stationary at Ryloth and is not to be used as a vessel of the regular fleet). As for the army, I thank you for the explanation about the tribes having forces that can be nationalized, similar to how the Mandalorians do it. I think this makes much more sense for Ryloth than having a standing, national army. However, do recall the rules state that troop numbers "should not be specified" unless or until a specific battle occurs (Rule 2B). I'll reserve judgment on everything else until we have some back-and-forth going. Jace Varitek

| No worries, Mt. That snarky comment of mine was more directed at Forte since 15 days have gone by without a response from him. Jace Varitek
