Primarily reiterations of the older "Time-release" requests that were approved on MSN, and ought all be completed at this point.
I figure given no documentation (Thanks to MSN) that they should be reiterated and formed so that things remain official.

Request / Reminder to follow at Approximately 5:00 Pm.

Tada! Hope this helps. It's understandable if you want to amend it in any way to accomodate the new conditions of the RP.

(The Following was approved already by Carson and Jace in 08, I'll be making minor edits to this to reflect things that would of likely happened in the wake of Ardelia's death.)

New Trade Routes and Partners:
Zhyr improves its relations with Sump, Cerea and Riflor.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zhyr / Sump- A new alliance has sprung up allowing for further durasteel mining and other ore refinery processes on Klanix, Zhyr's moon. A accord (to be written and set before the Senate) will formalize Sump and Zhyr's status.

Many Nuknog's are already being given passage to Zhyr, (By way of the relocation and training programs set up prior.) which is allowing them a fresh start on a clean world. The Zhyrian Government will also be looking into a means to clean Sump up. Nuknogs are being put into work on Klanix and for the IMC's mining operations primarily. They are paid, although not as much as humans currently. Even still it largely beats what they lived with on Sump.

Related Structures: Bio Dome Victory, Bio Dome Outreach, Bio Dome Perserverence, and Bio Dome Hope. These Scientific Outposts will relay what will be needed to start a process of healing on Sump as well as run studies on the now vicious wildlife Sump has.

Edit: The Domes and agreement went through, albiet without the aid of the Republic as Zhyr seceded following its Senator's death.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zhyr / Cerea- The Cerean Quadrant is benefiting from what will possibly be a new trade route in due time.

Cerea: Standard Trade Partner.

Edit: Cerea remains a stable partner, however with Zhyr's withdrawal from the Republic, it decided to pull from use of the Zhyr Denarius. In return it assisted Zhyr in establishing more diverse portfolios. Due more trade and exports flowing between the worlds, The Zhyrian Denarius is fading rapidly with the standard Galactic Credits replacing it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zhyr / Riflor- Relations with the Advose people being improved along with the Cerean Quadrant.

Riflor: Due to Riflor's part in the creation of the Hyperdrive, a new Ship building company is growing on Zhyr to improve trade, defenses and lower the costs of shipping for its trade associates. Starting to use the Zhyrian Denarius.

New Business: The Zhyrian Shipyards- A Large Complex devoted wholly to the creation of speeders, frigates, some combat vessels, and also other forms common ships that are used daily.

Edit: All of these have as of now occured, although with the death of Moraine, the Zhyrian Denarius again is being replaced with the Galactic Credit slowly to move to a standardized currency.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zhyrian Trade Route:

Set between Sump and Zhyr, it branches up through Cerea right now allowing the Zhyrian Trade to extend slightly into the Mid Rim. From there other Trade routes are employed, which connect Zhyr very well to the Galaxy at large. Key Exports are Tibanna, Food, Drink, Durasteel, and other materials as the OSC ships multiple goods galaxy-wide.

Edit: This route is now setup and has contributed heavily to the economic growth of Zhyr, though piracy remains a on off issue past Klanix. With the OSC's fall, other shipping means were made and the contingencies have since become the dependencies. At present these new shipping agreements are not as lucrative as Loran and Moraine's first agreement was, but still business is moving on.

-------------------------------------------------------

Addendum 1: Zhyr had Representation until the murder of its Senator / Former Govenor. This would indicate that its people truly loved Democracy or at the least the vision of their deceased leader. Ardelia Moraine is viewed by most of the people on Zhyr as a savior and excellent leader who laid the groundwork for stability, but who was murdered before being able to witness the fruits of her labor. Her death only months after becoming a Republic Senator enraged the people and when General Al-Akir and Viceroy Maltrake made a move to secede from the Republic to refocus on Zhyr's growth, this position lauded by the Zhyrians.

I would expect that in the aftermath of Ardelia's death (by the same assailant who murdered Jaron's wife) the Zhyrian Government may have unofficially blamed the Republic for this. Without declaring war, Zhyr seceded from the Republic to reorganize and restructure itself. In a Galaxy where War is a common thing, nuetrality can be a very powerful card and this move likely would of pleased the Mandalorians who were hired by Ardelia as architechs of most of Zhyr's regrowth and construction.

Governmentally it is currently it is run by three generals, in triumverate fashion. One of which of course is Lord Deimos. The other two are really just figureheads to appease the people that Moraine's sense of democracy lives on, but in truth Deimos is the shadow puppeteer. One Viceroy Maltrake has been recently implicated in the assassination plot on the late Senator, and declared as a criminal by General Al-akir. (I think that was Deimos alterego.)

Addendum 2: Since there was until last year's Senatorial Assassination rampant growth on the planet itself, I would like to say that the foundations and trade partners were approved, this growth has continued and is still occuring, albeit at the cost of the Zhyrian Denarius being phased over into the Standardas the Republic Credits. (with a decently sized portfolio of Electrum and Platinum to back said currency.)

Addendum 3: Without delving heavily into fleet numbers, I would like Zhyr to have a decent planetary defense system and fleet by which it can fight threats that may emerge against it. The system has several natural defenses of its own, which is why it was chosen by Vorhn as a base. (Ionized fields, and multiple asteroid belts etc. These were then significantly bolstered by massive graveyards of Sith and Correlian Warships, that a certain Rurik Marl added to the landscape during the last battles of the Twin War.)

In a prolonged War Zhyr probably would lose, but the idea with Zhyr is that while the outer planets of the system are easier to strike, (Klanix, Sorath)anything of the size of a Imperial Star Destroyer, would have a very difficult manuevering path to follow to reach the inner worlds for invasion and bombardment. Adding to this dissuadement is that Zhyr has several allies in the IMC, and former OSC. Thus any agency that sought a military engagement against Zhyr would have to exercise great caution in annexing the world and they would have to use great care in the invasionary process.

Addendum 4: The "Super Weapon" originally planned (Project Legacy) did not come to fruition. Instead of a Superweapon being built by Zhyr, I would like this distilled into a set of Blueprints from one of its artillery departments, that essentially take the best portions of the Death Star and the Galaxy gun and mesh them into a nightmarish weapon. The weapon of course will never be built, but the "theft" of the blueprints from Zhyr is one of several reasons that currently Viceroy Maltrake is fleeing Zhyr. It may also play into how and why the Senator was killed.

Thats all I can think of presently, but I rather want Zhyr to be less of a militaristic power and more of a excellent trade route on the rim as it has been slowly built into.

I vote to APPROVE all of it. It's my understanding, however, that Echuu has been killed. I'm not sure if the "Lord Deimos" you refer to is, in fact, the same one. Everything else is great, and it's good to see you back.

Actually Jace, Echuu is / was the person I referenced. And thanks for the welcome back man. Its always good to come back here and be able to relax and RP with the lot of you, especially when I count how long we've been doing this.

So Echuu is dead?

I'd figured that he had survived the duel with Celise on Deralia was all, but its alright. I can amend things well enough. Originally Al-akir, Echuu and Deimos were the same being. Al-akir was merely his "Respectable" side. A General Grievious-like figure that was in charge of the military. But if he's defunct for now, I can work around that. I'll just edit and amend my posts.

Addendum 1: (From above) Zhyr had Representation until the murder of its Senator / Former Govenor.

In a Galaxy where War is a common thing, nuetrality can be a very powerful card and this move likely would of pleased the Mandalorians who were hired by Ardelia as architechs of most of Zhyr's regrowth and construction.

EDIT:
Governmentally it is currently it is run by two generals and its Viceroy, in triumverate fashion. One Viceroy Maltrake has been recently implicated in the assassination plot on the late Senator, and declared as a criminal by Generals Corbald and Taliseth, though anyone with half a brain knows that Maltrake was the late leader's majordomo, and Corbald truly desires to turn the democracy of Moraine into a Military dictatorship.

The only real reason that Corbald is even in power, is due to holding joint-command of the remnants of the Zhyrian Revolutionary Guard. (The Guard is comprised of some darkside adepts who were trained by Deimos, and remain fanatically loyal to him.) In Deimos absence, Corbald is the active commander and a although it is unknown publicly he is Force-Sensitive. Taliseth is non-Force sensitive but a excellent public speaker. Taliseth is the more moderate general and would likely turn on Corbald if the former were to cross a line that harmed Zhyr. As the Viceroy has fled however, his guilt is assumed and so Taliseth is backing Corbald.. for now.

A military coupe hasnt occured yet, but it is a very real possibility if something doesnt change soon.

I like it. And aye, we were considering Echuu having been killed in a duel with Varitek (the vision that you linked to in your post—on which I've not yet posted, sorry Echuu!—is a representation of prior events; Deimos from beyond the grave, if you will). If he wants to change that, considering that Celise is back now, I'd be okay with that. I'm also okay with continuing our current plan also. Either works for me.

For the record: Deimos' alterego was named Al'Cair, in case such a reference is required within RP.
