PDS itself has already been approved, and even though most of the things in this post, I suspect, don't need to be requested, I figured I'd post them here just in case. I also wanted to have information about the company on record, somewhere. At this point (9 years after it's "founding," so to speak), it would have approximately 400,000 contractors/specialists. Most of the time, they are "off duty" on their homeworlds, and only assemble as the company requires it for specific missions. All of them would have been trained, to various degrees depending on their experience, at a PDS training camp in the Vorzyd System, which has a number of unoccupied planets that can be used for this purpose, as well as Vorzyd V ("The Gambler's World") for recreation.

I also request that PDS be the single largest employer of New Republic veterans in the galaxy. With Ponc furloughing so many of them, and with security contractors not being conspicuously mentioned in Star Wars that I know of, this seems plausible to me. PDS has always used Rebel and Republic surplus weapons, armor, etc., and it is particularly fond of the "Rebel Armored Freerunner" and uses them in large numbers. Below is an image of some average PDS contractors (and yes, the company is conspicuously humanocentric, although it denies this):

I see no problem with this, and I think Jace might vote for it too.

Vote: Approve

No problems here. If there are no votes against, then the request is APPROVED.
