| The latest to come from Ravak & Larben Enterprises is, surprisingly, not a large craft. It is actually a snubfighter design, intended for multirole superiority and the utmost in precision strikes. Designation: Kraken-class Strike Fighter Hull Type: Strike fighter Ship Class: Snubfighter Length: 40 meters Armor: Crystallis Powerplant: Matter converter Engines: 1x Gravitic redirector FTL Drive: Hyperdrive Class I Support Systems & Crew Quarters: Life support Weapons: - 3x Blacklaser
- 2x Missile racks (can carry 4x warheads per rack)
Defenses: - Jammer
- Chaff
- Stealth shield
- Stealth hull
Command & Control Systems: - Cockpit
- Attack computer
- Nav control
- Radio transceiver
- Laser transceiver
Sensors: - EM detector
- IR detector
- Hi-res video
- Multiphase radar
Crew: This design is still in experimental stages, but we are willing to sell prototypes to any willing to offer testing and support to our product. (ooc) This design will not hit the 'market' for several months IC. Right now, I have a few plans for it, pending approval (/ooc)

| I need details on the non-SW tech, largely: Crystallis Armor Matter Conveter Power Plant Gravitic Redirector Engines Blacklaser Stealth Shield Stealth Hull

| Well, concerning the hull. A stealth hull and crystal based hull just don't work, as the crystal material would make it light up like a christmas tree on sensors regardless of hull design. Matter Converter Powerplace, APPROVE. However, it should very small, limiting it's range and length of operation. I'm very uneasy about approving this, and should Jace disagree with my decision to approve, I will change it to a denial, just to warn you. The gravitic redirector, DENY. There is no comparable level of technology in the Star Wars universe. The blacklaser, APPROVE. However, it must have the firing rate that is 1/3rd that of regular laser cannons and 5x the power demand on the ship. Stealth Shield, DENY. The effect desired could be achieved with simple, existing jamming technology, albeit not in the encompassing level that you are desiring here.

| I vote to DENY. No non-Star Wars technology, please. If there's a link to it on Wookieepedia, Starwars.com, or TheForce.net, or if it appears in a sourcebook, then it's all good. I might be inclined to approve technology of this sort on occasion, as specific (one-at-a-time) modifications to a personal ship, but not so much extravagant technology, please, for a starfighter intended for mass production.

| Downgrade the blacklaser to an IR laser. The IR laser is a tad more powerful than the standard visible laser, focusing light in the infrared spectrum. Remove the crystallis hull for a standard cerametal hull. Change matter converter powerplant to standard R&L designes tachyonic collider. Engines from the gravitic redirector to the induction engine. Drop the stealth shield. The stealth hull might be workable as it's only a covering of radar absorbant material. I think that cuts it down I believe.

| I want to hear Jace's opinion on these changes before I render a new judgement.

| I think that about does it. However, I remain opposed to a stealth hull on any vessel as I have been opposed to it in prior requests, as have the other managers, I believe. Drop the stealth hull and I'll vote to APPROVE, assuming also that those "warheads" are standard missiles such as concussion missiles, proton torpedoes, etc.

| consider the stealth hull dropped and standard shielding added, if that is ok. the warhead reference simply means it can fit different loadouts on those points, not any specialized, non-star wars ordnance.
