The olive seeds suck. Cant someone selectively breed me a non-seeded olive? I will pay the princely sum of £1 sterling.
Pickled olives seem like they would be nice too. Maybe in a greek salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing.

Rocket leaves, a little parmasan cheese (sliced not grated), balsamic vinegar, some chopped tomato and a couple of pickled olives.
