| It has come to my attention (somewhat late) that I am no longer fit for Management detail. I rarely even have the time to devote to RP (and frankly I think that I let myself get 'burnt out' of Star Wars RP). I don't plan to 'retire' from the game as they say but I have little time of late so I'll say this. I hope to continue if there are threads that need me (not that I think I am important enough to be 'needed'). I will continue to 'check in' from time to time (because I am not prepared to give up entirely) in hopes that some thread (like Aphelion) will get cooking and demand Percy's attention.
I love this group and the people that make it what it is and you all have a phenominal Management staff. Best of luck!

| Sad to see you go, Mt. You've spoken before about how your enthusiasm for SW has waned and I, for one, am sorry we couldn't make it work with Cornfist (or rather, I can't—AGW will be the last place I ever RP, I'm quite confident). Your posts in recent weeks have been as sterling as ever, if not more so. Since we're facing up to realities, though, I suppose I should admit to myself as well as to everyone else that it doesn't appear I have it in me to RP as Aaron Rawls anymore. I haven't for quite some time, but I had hoped with Karth and Percy back we'd be able to get it together. In fairness, you all did but I didn't (and I still don't have it together).
I can't really account for why I'm not able to RP as Rawls; the idea has been floated that he might be a character better suited to the chat room (where we did most of our Aphelion RP's in the day), and that's possible. But it is what it is, or rather it isn't what it isn't—and right now, it just isn't happening. I owe it to you, Davon, Mara, and Ransom to be honest about this. I like these characters though and I hope you're all able to keep RPing as them (which, I realize, can be a bit complicated when the owner/captain of their ship isn't around). I would prefer some kind of resolution that lets you continue RPing but doesn't kill off Rawls, because who knows, things might change. What if he's in jail for 6 months on some silly charge, like weapons possession or something? Either way, just promise me one thing; take care of Aphelion!

| Or Davon could fight Ransom for it, even though either Davon or Percy are more logical choices than Ransom. Hmm, Davon and Ransom in a fight... Yeah.
By the way, I was multitasking when I wrote that post earlier and I realized, reading it again, that I got completely side-tracked. I didn't just want it to be about me, but about Mt. Like I said, Mt., you're a terrific RPer and I hope you do warm up to SW again at some point. But if not, it's really been great RPing with you and brainstorming Cornfist with you, too. We came up with a great idea there, and it's too bad it didn't work out. Best of luck to you, and again, really, I hope you reconsider soon.
P.S. I was going to have Rawls stop and chat with Percy on the landing ramp in this current thread but I had to skip it because there was kind of a hurry to have Rawls enter the bar scene. But I wasn't ignoring you!

| Hey, who said anything about me dying in a fight with Dav? Dav would be dying, I'm afraid... and his room converted into Ransom's personal bathroom suite, which he would give to Mara in exchange for a fuzzy hat to keep his bald head warm while in space.
On a more serious note, it's unfortunate to see this happen; I think everyone understands real-life taking over, everyone seems to be having this issue of late. It's good to see you, however, wanting to continue to make an effort as you can, despite being burned out on SWRP (which I totally understand).
