| Just a friendly reminder from Management to the Senate RPers; while as many of your characters, and yes, we know many of you maintain multiple characters, can voice their opinion on debate in the Senate on any legislation, only two of your characters, according to rule 4.1, can submit actual votes on any certain piece of legislation. You also can not vote, nor even speak, on legislation, unless requesting the floor, until your character is full member of the Senate. You also can not vote nor comment on legislation that has been posted on the Senate forum before your full acceptance. I've noticed we've let this slip a few times, while some members of the management have had their real-lives become rather busy, both past and present, but we will be devoting time entirely to ensure these rules are followed, and we do know who is who.
