| I've been MIA for quite some time though... So who knows what happened to the Galaxy during that time :P We can say Adoven was recuperating from some illness on Spira or in some health clinic back on Chandrila.
Whether I incorporate this illness as factual or merely as a cover story while he was away doing some covert work is another matter.
And what ever would I do? Sure, he's technically Ilanah's political attaché, but I think he needs some other gig that'll involve him in politics or something rather.

| Well, I suppose I could indeed... "wing it". Of course I suppose I'd have to be approved by the Senate as a suitable temporary replacement. Given Adoven's track record from when he was with the now defunct Interspecies Advisory Committee, I can assume some Senators (or even Imperials) will probably make trouble.

| Chandrila and Brentaal are both in the Bormea Sector and presumably as neighbors the planets' senators deal with each other on a lot of issues—might be useful to have someone as a liaison? Perhaps not just Ilanah's liaison to Cambrist but Ilanah's liaison to other Senators generally? From the rebel standpoint it would give Adoven a good excuse to keep tabs on a lot of influential people in the Empire and get a feel for where their political sympathies really are. That and having access to information like their travel schedules, etc. The appeal from an RP standpoint, I think, is it's a job that would keep Adoven pretty busy doing a variety of different things. Just a suggestion, though.

| That's a rather good idea proposed there...
While being Ilanah's inter-Senator liaison would bring Adoven in contact with some Senators, it's safe to say others might ignore him or never come in contact with him.
How about some sort of general inter-Senator liaison in the employ of the Senate itself and not for just one Senator alone? It's safe to assume there would probably be some sort of team of many different people holding the same position. Though what that job would actually imply in terms of day to day activities and tasks, well, that I'm not too sure of. And then those employees could either be freelance going to whatever Senator requires them or they could be assigned specific portfolios. Could something of the sort be plausible?
