Hope yall have a great weekend. Ill be working till tonight. But the perk of working at a Salon X-Mas Eve? The Wine that the clients bring us. So make sure when you get ur hair done...It's just a blowout and not a cut or color lol.

Xoxo
Cristina

P.s.
Hair tinsel is fabulous. I'm pretty sure my head looks like a Christmas tree with the red, green, and gold. And it's blowdry, and iron safe :D. If anyone ever has a question about hair etc...pm me any time.

I wish you all a Happy Festivus, my term of endearment for all holidays of this time of year. Have a good weekend, get presents, GET DRUNK!, be safe, and most importantly, have a great time. Enjoy your forced days enough, *coughs* Cristina *coughs* which you may or may not always get. In summary, have fun and Merry effing Christmas!

- Jaron (Because admitting your real name makes you awesome; especially if you had a main character that utilized your first and last name, for several years. Oorah!)

Hair tinsel? I might have to try this. Merry Christmas Fajra, Jaron, and everyone! Also, Happy Hanukkah to Jamie and Karth. And Christmas, too. It's so commercial now anyone can celebrate it; I'm an atheist and I'm so full of Christmas cheer right now (and Johnnie Walker red label) I'm like Scrooge at the end of A Christmas Carol jumping up and down on his bed shouting "a Merry Christmas to all!" Everyone loves a barista, apparently; I've received more gifts (and hard cash, but shhh!) from customers than I have from family and friends! I hope Fajra's customers get her things too, because I have a feeling she works way harder than I do. Jaron, almost.

Not to steal Admiral Hines's expression here, but be well everyone!

P.S. The site is okay, for those of you who were concerned about the hacking thing (there's no danger to you). We'll get it fixed up in the next couple days. I think we can all expect people are busy this time of year and I for one support a moratorium on the 4 day posting limit in the spirit of the season. Nothing unreasonable, no more than a couple days or so. I think it'll be that long before we're all back to our routines.

P.P.S. An especially Merry Christmas to Jess. This might just be me, but there's something about a really miserable Christmas that really makes me appreciate Christmas this year, and if that's true for you too I hope you're really enjoying this Christmas to its fullest.

P.P.P.S. Baird, I think I've decided I love it that you post the Wookiee story every Christmas. Merry Christmas to you too, man. And to everyone!

Merry Christmas from Afghanistan y'all!

We can't have trees here, sadly. >.<

But there was an Afghan guy in a Santa costume.

Thanks, Jace. I'll be alright. Its been especially hard since every single one of my family members needs the whole story separately. Lol. They can't listen as a whole? No.

On a good front...I got a momentary distraction when my brother announced that he and his gf of eight years are getting married! smile
Anyway...Merry Christmas guys and gals. And Happy Haunukka Karthy.

I had a death in the family yesterday. That was hard. It's never a good time. But right before Christmas? Terrible. He was my cousin. And around this time we would be going up north, and snowmobiling till our fingers couldn't clutch. It's a miracle that he lived as long as he did. He had been suffering from Coolies Anemia. But anyway...onto something more positive.

Thanks Jace. And yes I got spoiled by the clients. More so than their Stylists :). That might sound confusing. Basically. I work at a swanky salon that has their own training program. So I'm an Assistant, and do all the grunt work. And before that I was a Karate Instructor. Talk about a career change. Although I do practice Karate from time to time.

I mostly got cash. Which is nice because I want a pair of Uggs. Even though I think they look Uggly. But I want the one with all the fluff around the ankle. So it kind of hides the ugliness? Or it enhances it. I suppose its a matter of opinion. I got a Pandora bracelet with charms. That was a combined Xmas and birthday gift. My birthday is December 29th. I'm going to be 25.

I hope Santy was good to everyone.

I spent the day visiting family, and putting tinsel in everyone's hair lol. And I did two haircuts, and a bang trim. So I guess I kinda worked. Jace. I definitely think you could rock tinsel. I'll get you the special glow and the dark kind :D.

I'm totally rambling right now. But I've also had a bit of wine. Or maybe it's just me? Either way. Spell check is a handy tool for the intoxicated.
