That said, Avadrie—brilliant, and thanks for your candor. Everyone is encouraged to express themselves and their opinions (respectfully, please), and god knows I agree with most of you. But I think some of this has gone a bit far; let's not become what we hate by calling Carl a "prick" or a "baby" on the OOC forum, guys. That's not what AGW is about, and I think we can resolve this in private as long as Carl also agrees to keep his harsh words about Jamie private, too. As far as the "motherlode" thread is concerned, suppose it wasn't Jamie who posted it but, say, Jess or Chuck or anyone else, and I think it's clear that Carl's response to it isn't okay.
Carl, I think we all understand your frustration, but the point is there's far, far more frustration here than there needs to be. Please try to get a handle on all the frustration and anger so that it doesn't prevent other people (and honestly, yourself too) from enjoying the RP. It's not just about Jamie (or Adam, or Erik, or whoever it happens to be). You can determine what offends you what doesn't and, more importantly, how you choose to respond to it. You're a smart person and I hate to see that quality hindered by your temper, which I think you'll admit is a short one sometimes. Remember, we've been to this place before (Jaron here, me here). Let's not go back there, please. Maybe taking a breather will help, and remember management is here to help too, as it does its best to do.
A few other points; Havoc, this has come up before but seriously, bro, no one wants you gone let alone "most of the site." Chuck, I think we all know and like you for who you are, more so than your character Baird because honestly we don't see a lot of him. Jinta, thanks for your kind words about the site. You belong here, man. Avadrie, what Jess said.

I'll admit. The comment Carth made didn't really phase me. Or the responses. I work in a brutal industry. Where tongues are sharper than styling shears. And egos are bigger than a teased up blowout. I've learned that you can't take hold onto something that upsets you, and biting back doesn't work...ever. I'm the kind of person that will just say "I don't appreciate that" and then I continue to work. Sometimes I don't say anything. It's not because I'm weak. It's just because I don't care lol. | dude you don't know what health issues are, for me 3 months of Kemo radiation to remove throat Cancer was enough. so im on almost every day to keep my New thread going Baird (Carl).
If you can't handle the pressure take a week off you don't need permission. just come back after that week with a new attitude. and if you find yourself with writers block then read my thread or talk to me about going Heroes Are Born.
