From MSN: "Services such as Hotmail, Messenger, and SkyDrive are experiencing technical difficulties due to unscheduled server maintenance. We appreciate your patience as our Windows Live Team has been working on this the problem. Since we do not have any expected time frame information, please try to login after some time. The inconvenience is highly regretted; once again, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated in this matter."
