| I understand there are a number of time-sensitive requests (which, incidentally, have been sucking our energies away from other requests), but these and those other requests are equally important and I've not forgotten them. I would have made requests a priority today but my entire day has been booked. I was lucky to get in one post, but rest assured I'll have more time tomorrow and requests will be the first item on my agenda.
